The world has been shocked by the appalling scenes of police violence in a mining strike last week. Communists in the north west of South Africa have called for the arrest of company unionists Mathunjwa and Steve Kholekile as the basis for stability in the Rustenburg mines and for the immediate establishment of an Presidential Investigation Task Team.
